Who we are and what we do

We are developers and manufacturers of cast hollow rotors. Our product has been on the market since 2008 and we are supplying products for all common pump systems, especially in the areas of agricultural technology, biogas plants and the oil industry. In light of the increasing requirements regarding the service life and the growing demand for better performance in the area of progressive cavity pumps, we have, for technical and ecological reasons,

developed a technology for manufacturing rotors using a casting method. Our method allows us to optimize the structural design of the hollow rotors for the mechanical stress they are subjected to. In addition, the method allows the use of materials that can be treated at higher heat. These effects lead to an increase of the service life of the rotors.
